ALL CT fbody owners, where can i get a body work and paint cheap

can anyone tell me in connecticut here i can get body work and paint cheap but a place where they do a good job?

I can tell you where to NOT go, and that would be Auto Star in Bristol or any shop affiliated with them. They screwed me over when I sent my 91 Trans Am in for paint.

However, for local stuff you can try posting on www.necamaro-firebird.org. My ID on there is 91transamvert. There's a member on there who's ID is camaro430sut from East Haven who does good work; not sure if he's here on TGO. I've seen the paint he laid down on my buddy's 88 IROC and it was very impressive. Assuming my plans of replacing the passenger door and repairing the fenders on my TA come to fruition, I'm most likely gonna ask him to paint them for me. Try shooting him a PM on there and see what happens.

Where are you from by the way? You have a pretty cool ride; GTA with a 5 speed isn't something you would see around here very often.

Cheap and quality simply don't mix...you get what you pay for, and if you cheap out, it will be much more to fix later, if you ever get around to it.
