Lower Outer Window Weatherstrip felt

What is involved with changing the lower outer weatherstripping on the door/windows?

I took it to a body shop to have them change them and fix the door hindges. Get a call back saying they dont have time to change the weatherstripping. They said the whole door has to come apart, the glass, regulators everything...

We'll show you in this video how to change them without removing the glass or window regulator. Hope this helps out.

That method in the video doesn't work on early models that have phillips screws.
