repaint/bady work front bumper and pass fender

well right before i got my camaro someone backed into the front pass side atleast thats what the guy i got it from told me. well it drives me nuts the rest of the car looks great and this one spot is dented and pant chipping the overall the front bumper looks horrible from spider cracks. im debating on tackling the job of painting it but i want it to match as best as i can get it. i dont need it show quality the car is a dd in summer months and i autocross it during the season mainly just for fun so it will get chips and scratches some plus the plan is to get a good paint job done in a couple of years after i do the trans am.the front valance has some droop and id like to paint the healight buckets black also but thinking of more of a satin instead of a flat black. anyway any tips or tricks i need before diving in? im gona pickup a cheap harbor freight gun to spray it and i have a 21gal hf compressor. here are some shots of the car where its damaged.

I would put some braces behind the front spoiler to keep it up. I did that and it hasn't moved yet!

ive goe one small tear on the cover were the chin spoiler mounts to it what will be the best way to fix that and how should i go about sanding it down do i need a flex additive? also how do i tell if the car has a single stage or a bc/cc on it now? should i just spray the bumper with single stage?
