passenger side front wheel
Hello,
I just noticed that the pass side front wheel is not centered. I looked at the driver side wheel and it is perfectly centered. The pass side wheel is about 1 inch off. What could be causing this? I did replaced the strut and LCA bushings. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Go get it aligned, then see where it is.
Caste adjustment moves the wheel front to rear. Setting the caster to the desired range (+4° or more) locates it toward the rear of the opening, by moving the strut mount.
But even beyond that, the fender is just a piece of trim; it's not "the car", anymore than pictures hung on your wall are "the house". You wouldn't complain that your house isn't level when your pictures don't line up with the floor and ceiling; for the same reason, don't pretend that your fenders are any kind of reference for the construction of your car.
