Astra-Hammond Window Louvers, Difference?

I'm looking at two different window louvers both made by Astra-Hammond. What I want is black ABS window louvers, I have no window brake light, defrosters, or wrapping spoiler. The difference in the two is one says its a liftback and the other isnt?

Does that mean that the one cant be lifted to clean (unless removed)?
Would that be more sturdy than the lifting one?

ect. ect.

Lemme know what you guys know about louvers. I rather go with something that wont rattle when I play my subs in the trunk, hence the ABS fitment.

Just to be sure, I would just call, chat on line, or email with customer service.

There are the 3 different options on this link

Thanks, I'll have to do that. Figuare I'de ask the good people of Thirdgen first because we seem to have a 'first hand experiance' to our cars over 'help desks'.

Louvers look great. Been growing on me a lot recently, just cant wait to get a set, just gotta make sure their going to work how I expect.

Re: Astra-Hammond Window Louvers, Difference?

Just as a reference, I have had both the aluminum and the ABS style louvers. The Alum were painted black and after a period of time the paint would flake and I'd have to remove and touch up. The ABS stood up well but after a few years there seemed to be a little sagging between the louvers but that car sat in the sun so a garage may have made a difference. Both sets lifted on hinges so that I could clean the entire window. I like the looks of them too but I haven't found any that work on my 'vert....
