Help with window problem please!

Okay, i had to replace my driver door today due to an accident i had a while back. Replaced the entire door/hinge set up. Well, everything lined up right until i took her down the road. The VERY TOP of the door is slightly bubbled out. Like, an inch worth of it, and the back of the window isnt against the seal. The top meets, tho. its pretty much the middle of the window that doesnt touch. At all. Lets wind in and whistles like crazy. Do the hinges need to be adjusted? If so, how???.... Or is it the window that needs adjustment???.. Im lost. I HONESTLY dont know how to adjust the door the way it would need to be adjusted.

Its a 1992 camaro rs. The donor car was a 91 firebird.

Thanks in advance!!

There are three adjustment bolts for the window, you will have to take all of the interior off the door to get to them.
