help with paint prep

So, im a "newbie" on the body end of a car, and im looking for basic body prep work help. I have an air compressor that runs all my air tools, but i need help on what kind/type of sander to get. I have the body completely disassembled (doors, front clip, hatch). The body has the original blue with a yellow paint over top, im guessing only one, maybe two coats of yellow. Looks like it was just sprayed, the yellow, right over the original blue. I'm looking to sand everything to get it ready for primer, so im hoping for help on the proper sander(s) and grit of paper.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Re: help with paint prep

dual action (DA) sander and 80 grit paper will take it off pretty quick
