How to save my wheels?
While washing my car today, I cleaned my wheels. (Stock 87 Iroc-Z wheels)I used a spay on rinse off wheel cleaner. It clearly says on the bottle "Safe for ALL wheels." I left it on for 30 seconds and now my wheels look like crap! It looks like it hazed the clear coat on the wheels. What can I do now? Do they just need to be polished? They just look really dull. I read some tech artical about stripping the clear coat off, will it look ok if i take the paint off too? I can't afford to buy new rims, please help me save the ones I have.
PS. Don't buy Blue Magic concentrated super strenght wheel cleaner!

Try car wax on a small spot and see what it does.
