I recently completed a restoration of 1984 TA. When I stripped down the entire car for it's new paint I took out the old T-Top ( never leaked ) seals and replaced them with the GM seals. Now it leaks, and badly. I have reached the conlclusion that the watter is not getting under and seals - the glass seals up against it tightly in all spots. I have noticed that the water all seem so go towards the front of the T-top divider, just above the windshield glass - it then goes down inside of the car. What car I do to stop this. I know TA creations sells a different type of seal kit - has anyone bought it? How has it worked for you? Any other suggestions - short of silicone//? I'd like to get this solved so I can install my headliner and o/h console.
