slamming doors
this is my third camaro and its the same old thing.. slamming the doors shut.. how can i aling<~~(spelling) my doors or where can i go to fix it.. how much will it cost..

You can bore the holes and use larger pins, which should fix the problem. An easier, and cheaper way is to shim the hinges. The doors will still have play, but will sit at the proper height.

I know you can repair the bottom hinge, but the top one has to have the welds drilled out and the new one bolted in. GM gives you a backplate to bolt the new one on. I got mine for about $70 and have heard of GM dealers offering to replace and paint the hinges for around $150-250 per side.
