It'll cost you about 1200 from nextgen with out the rear or front bumper. Try the thirdgen resource link on the top of this page, it'll probably cost allot less. They also sell used ground effects.
Edit: Just checked and they don't have all the ground effect parts new. But they do have all the used ground effects including the rear bumper and air dam for $450.
