Anyone know the psi for spare tire?

My donut (89 Firebird) has a psi right now of 20. Anyone know how much air I should put in?

Transmission: 200R4

If I'm not mistaken, I think it should be 60 psi, or 410 kPa, or something like that. l8r

I second that. 60psi for donut only.
