Paint Peeling

My friends 85 Z-28 paint has started to peel
off in sheets,my 85 T/A that is the same color as his{brite blue met)is fine,we both have had these cars since day one,whats the problem?My car was built at the norwood plant
his at van nuys,did GM use a different process at each plant?

Yes they did. I think somewhere on here there is an article dealing with the paint process. Norwood used a newer process than Van Nuys. Hope that helps!
