Well my wife got her Z 2 years ago. Not a blemish on it. After two years of her driving it...

Well, 75% of the damage isn't her fault, to be honest, LOL.

Anyway, now that my RS is all shiny and winning awards, it's time to start working on her Z to bring it back from dentland. I'm doing this one in stages, IE breaking it down to sections of the car at a time. Step one is the front spoiler and bumper cover. Took the spoiler off the car and sanded it just now. My DA sucks too much air for my compressor, so I bought a Ryobi mouse sander. Damn this thing is awesome! Took about 15 minutes to sand that scarred up spoiler baby-butt smooth.

After I finish this post, going to start on the bumper cover, and hopefully paint tonight. Going with epoxy primer, GM Ultra Blue Met, and 5 coats clear. Using Sherwin Williams again, since it worked so nice on my car. I'd post pics but my mom went up north for vacation and I let her borrow my camera. Maybe I can borrow one from a neighbor or something...

Stages-

1 - Ft Bumper and Spoiler
2 - Fenders
3 - Hood
4 - Doors (dr side to be replaced)
5 - Side grd effects
6 - Hatch deck and rear bumper
7 - everything else (roof, q panels, etc)

I figure about 3 weeks, I should be done. She better not break it for a while after this...
