Twisting Frame
Twisting Frame
when i bought my car it already had bolt on sub-frame conectors installed and the doors would close very easily..... however i get this paranoid feeling like the car is twisting dispite the sub-frame conectors it seems the doors do open as well as they used to.... can i get som info?

Bolt on SFCs suffer from bolt hole elongation. With time and force, the bolts that hold the SFCs up actually stretch the metal around the holes they pass through causing a loss of twisting force resistance to the SFCs. Have them welded up. You won't ever have to worry about twisting force again and you'll have an great "frame" to start all your suspension mods.
Another thing to consider if your doors aren't opening/closing as smothly as they should: check the door hinge roller bushing for wear. That's also a cause for "sagging" doors.
