Removing the front

I've taken off the bumper and I am staring at one side of the radiator. It looks like the part where the radiator is mounted to is somewhat bolted to the fenders but it also looks welded on. Is it welded or is this just a bunch of bolts?

the radiator support is welded onto the frame rails. the fenders are bolted to the upper frame rails

you can look her at my post scroll down to the end and you can see that i have every bolted part off, all that is left are welded on parts
