1990 Firebird + 1982-1984 front bumper cover/etc?
Do I need anything besides the front bumper cover of a 84 TA to have that bumper on my Formula? I dislike the 85-90 Buperette thingies and rather have the 82-84 Grilles.

I swapped 82-84 front and rear bumper covers onto my 90 Formula.
You will need to change the actual Bumper (I happened to get an aluminum one!) and the headlight trim (if you want it to look right, the others will work) for the front, the rear is a direct cover swap.

"Actual bumper..." you mean there are brackets or what behind that cover? Can a little fab work make it work and work nice or easier to just get the rest?

I don't think is the actual bumper you need to change, just the support bar and crash pad right MNFORMULA? Love the plate! Car looks great too.

Yeah, The Plastic Impact stuff is different between the 2. I had my old 84 Firebird sitting there for parts when I did the swap, so I just swapped the whole thing. Was just easier then trying to take the plastic off the 84 bumper and putting it on the 90's without breaking it. As a bonus, the 84's turned out to be aluminum.
