Headliner Repair

My wife's car has a badly sagging headliner.
What is the best way to fix it? What adhesive have you found to work best? Are there any tricks or tips that might help?

the headliners are made of fiberglass(very similiar to that of insulation in a house)you have to remove the old fabric and as much of the old gummy foam as possible. alot of parts stores sell headliner fabric now. pepboys sells it in my area for about $30 plus you need a can of spray adhesive

I bought new fabric with the foam backing at jo-ann fabrics, i dont know how large of a chain that is, but you might also check at a fabric store. I've heard you are supposed to use "3M spray adhesive" but I havent done mine yet so I cant say how well it works.
