Can someone please post the brand / part # of a the hatch support replacements they've put in their car and where they purchased them?
I bought a set from a local (nationwide) autoparts store about a year or two back and although they said they were for a 1992 Z28 (with high rise spoiler), the piston/support/strutt seemed to be slightly too long to attach to car, and thusly, I couldn't use them.
Now I'd really like to get my hatch working again because this is becoming a serious impediment to driving my car (can only drive when theres a 100% chance of no rain) because obviously I can't put the tops back in by myself if the hatch doesn't stay open.

I don't see anywhere on the internet that states that the Stabilus model # you posted will work on a Camaro?
