Painting Question
Hey guys quick question
I have a somewhat damaged hood on my 1986, I am going for a 2nd round interview tomorrow for my first job out of college, and its outsides sales. I have a hood primered and ready to go for $125 and the question is, should I rattle can paint its original stock GM black over the weekend for possible start on Monday??
I was going to also replace a fender and a mirror eventually and try to have it painted a new color as present to myself for my bday in Nov so for now this seems like the economical way to go....
Everybody shop is jerkin me around with prep time and not liking the primer the hood comes with etc etc

Re: Painting Question
You can rattle can it just for now. When you get the real paint job it will all be sanded down.
