Finally started tearing down my car after it has been sitting for 7+ years. (out in the elements for 5, unfortunately)

I'm finding some hidden rust here and there, but the car is overall still solid.

I'm looking for a good but also reasonable body guy near Cincinnati to give me an estimate. I know it will need some patch work done in the rear quarter panels.

Also, this is the first car I'll be tearing down to get it painted. Any tips on what to pull off/what to leave? I'm not sure what would be most helpful for a shop to have on or off the vehicle.

Anybody have any good/bad experiences with shops in the area?
