how do you take off the dashpad?

how do you take off the dashpad?
i found one in a formuala in the junkyard in perfect shape, and i know about the screws up front, but i was wondering are there any in the back? i know whenever i go to get it i will figure it out, i was just wanting to know ahead of time. thanks

There's about 4 of them across the top edge of the defroster vents. Be careful not to drop them in
