I have ridden with them off twice now and the bag just seems like such a tight fit,does anyone know how to lay em right???...pics?????

Both need to go in with the "outside" of the top facing to the outside of the bag, but turned 180* from each other. I usually put the first one in with the latch away from me, pull the separator over, then put the top one in with the latch near me. Lemme see if I can make a picture that doesn't suck
