Car: 91 Red Sled
Axle/Gears: 10bolt Richmond 3.73 Torsen
Of course 4th gen seats fit in 3rd gen. (JFYI if you search before you post you'll get the answer much faster since this has been asked at least once a week). The console won't fit unless you like to fabricate parts.

JPrevost is right on the seats. A good way to get the seats is off of a ercently wrecked car. Perhaps, if you see one in a bad accident you could stop and offer money for them right then and there. Just an idea...
As for the console, a fourth gen console will fit into a thir gen. However, as mentioned, it isn't a quick swap. I've seen pictures and it looks alright, I guess. However, in my opinion, a third gen is a third gen because it doesn't look like a fourth gen. The console matches the car well. Ya' know what I'm sayin'?
