Where can I find Seatbelts?

Can anyone tell me where I can buy 'black' replacement seat belts for my TA? I have been searching e-bay and yards for 18 months now - I'm prepared to buy NOS or reproduction.

Although illegal, make your own. Very easy to do. Material cost was about $25.

I have heard that you can get them dyed. I never tried it before, but I have heard of people getting them done professionally. Look into getting a nice pair of gray ones from ebay, and then get them dyed. Or at least try them on a spair set first. Let me know if you decide on doing this.

You can't dye them, it just runs right off the material. Check out this site:

www.ssnake-oyl.com

They can replace the webbing for you and you can dye the hard plastic retractor housing if you separate it from the retractor and then re-rivet it back on.

I have a set of black ones in my '84 S/E I will sell you. They are in pretty good shape and everything works on them. I found mine a small junkyard in IN, so they can't be that hard to find.
