how do the plastic "plugs" come off of the front seatbelt receivers?
I'm still trying to locate a driver side receiver, but have the pass. side one, but in the meantime, how do those little plugs over the bolts come off??? I thought they just pop off, or unscrew, but I'm about to break them off, so if you can tell me how to get 'em off, please do... Thanks...

Pull back while you twist in a counter clock wise motion. That should get them off. It did on mine.
