My Driver side t-top flew off the car into highway(problem)

While i was driving on the highway the drivers side t-top just flew out. I was doing about 70mph and it scared the $hit out of me. Anyway i had no choice but to buy a used t-top from a junkyard but now that t-top is pissing me off. Since i had the stock 92' it never leaked inside(unless in carwash), anyway until now when i rains and i make a right turn water starts pouring inside from the A-pillar. then goes in a stream to the dash and falls into carpet making a puddle. This is annoying and im getting tired of caring a towel every time it rains so water dont get on me. What could be wrong, is it the t-top or can water be coming in from somewhere else. The t-top looks in good condition but the rubber part that sticks out of the window is sort of detaching. Should i just buy a used 92' camaro t-top(the used one i have now is prob. from an 88'. help

you just need to replace the t-top weatherstripping... just that short piece that is in the actual t-top , not every piece of weatherstripping, should cost around $40 and I know that www.classicindustries.com sells them.

you can do it yourself too , it's not that hard.
