If you are talking about the outside stripping, You must roll the window all the way down, take the door panel off, then there are about 8- 9/32(I belive) small screws holding the molding on. The back one's are easy to get at but as you work towards the front of the door you may need to lossen or take off the two felt guides to get a small ratchet in between the window and molding. Time?? Depends? Maybe and hour each door.

It's the glass channel weather strip. There is an outer and an inner. I assume you are talking about the outer because the inner is atteched to the door panel. It removes with screws but is a pain in the *** because even if the glass is all the way down you will need either A) an extremely thin screwdiver with a big enough head, or B)some sort of fexible head that you can attach a screwdriver bit.
According to my service manual for my 1983 bird the instructions are straight forward.
1)remove inner door panel
2)remove front door glass filler (black triangle thing in the front)Huge pain in the *** !!!
3)remove glass
4)remove channel strip
I said F*** that to removing the glass and was able to do it without removing the glass, but I did have to remove the door glass filler.
You can do it but it is one of those jobs that SUCK!
Maybe you are lucky and they redsigned the damn thing after 1983.
Just roll down you window and take off the inner door panel and take a look.
Good luck.
