kinda of a dumb question, but, is there any kind of specific paint i would want to use to paint my door locks? with window tint, blackouts, black door handles, it looks kinda retarded having chrome door locks...

any opinions/suggestions ?

 

I repaint mine every several years with Krylon semi-flat black. I always remove them from the car when I paint them, but you can just mask if you want. Sand the chrome first so the paint will stick. I don't need the paint to be super durable, and I like the original look that the Krylon provides. If this is your daily driver, you may want something a bit more durable, and a semi-gloss epoxy paint may work better.
