Re: Finally getting the Iroc painted
Car looks very nice. Its always good to see some one doing it correctly.(shop with paint booth)That being said $1,800.00 for a B/C counting "prep"/primer/paint/clear/and all materials is a really, really great price. It all is depending on how much prep. was done and the quality of the materials used, combined with the amount of time consumed. Getting it done in a weeks time really helped with keeping the price down.

Re: Finally getting the Iroc painted
well with the crappy weather and short days i havent been able to do too much, but I did get my new turn signal lamps from 1a auto on the car and I have to say Im glad that I bought these. They're a bit more expensive then the Ebay clear lenses($40) at 85 dollars, but they are an actual reproduction of the OE part and a way cheaper alternative then the 130 a piece everyone wants for NOS GM lamps. The first pic is with the original lamps, the second is with one new and one old, and the last is with both new lamps in

like iceing on a cake. its the little things like that, that just make it more pleasant and complete. i remember one member on here had a white iroc, and bought a set of those front turn lamps, new leather wrapped steering wheel, and new oem key blanks that realy just makes that much of a differance lol. just melts off the miles

Re: Finally getting the Iroc painted
Here's a little update of how shes looking. Sorry for the quality, fog makes taking pictures kind of hard. The weather has been slowing me down substantially, but I hope to have her fully back together by Christmas time.
