Firebird Vents

In the interior on the far right side, my vents are busted out, and I found another at a junkyard, but my ? is, how the hell do these things come out?

Transmission: auto

Stick a thin screw driver on the side of the vent and pry out(easy!)should come right out!
There's a small tab holding it in place on each side.
