Dash pads

Are all 3rd gen dash pads the same. Will a Dash pad from an 86 Trans Am fit say a 86 Z28?

No. You have to stay within the division. The Pontiac pads are about an inch short because they sort of angle forward.

actually the only difference is the vents in the center of the dash

wow, actually i was about to post this same question. I found an absolutely perfect dashpad out of an 87 firbird that i just picked up and polished. would this fit my 91 camaro?

if it doesnt i just may have to sell it. i see these going for insane prices on ebay.
