I recently adjusted the driver's side window. While inside the door panel, because of a rattle that's haunted me for several years, I not only tightened everything in reach, but I also snipped a couple of inch sections of vac hosing, sliced them down the center, then worked them onto the rods that operate opening and locking. Rattle, gone.
