about a month ago i replaced the door handle on the passenger side but after i was done the door would not open i checked to make sure everything was hooked up and ok but it still does not open.......but it opens from the inside only ......any help

 

take the door pannel off and check the linkage again, that's the only thing that could be wrong since it opens from the inside.

Mine has the same problem. Only it will only open from the outside.
What is the linkage? I think know but not sure since i don't know anything about cars and I am slowly learning. is the thing on the side of the door. the hole with a metal thing?

okay stop laughing at me. I told you I don't know anything about cars.

 

When they say to check the linkage it means basically make sure all the little metal rods are going where they are supposed to.

 

If your linkages are correct it could be a busted spring. The spring is located under the handle on the outside. Usually it is the culprate, outside of the rods. I had that problem on my door and I had to put the rods in. When you have the door panel off first check the rods. Worst case senario... weld the doors, remove t-tops and dukes of hazard it.

BTW on the Dukes of Hazzard what did they do if it rained?
