How difficult is it to swap power windows and locks from one car to another that doesn't have them???

I haven't done it before, but from what I hear all you need is a donor car with all the options, pull out the wiring, motors, lock actuators, and relays, then wire it onto the stock locations of the fuse block. Seems pretty straightforward, just time consuming.
