i bought this 89 5.7 tpi ttop gta t/a and its completley debadged and cant find for the life of me where i can get the hood emblem, side emblems, quarter panel emblems, and if possible where to get the big firebird for the hood without painting it on. i read somewhere the factory gave the firebird decals out with the purchase of the vehicles on or off the car at the discretion of buyer so they have to be out there... any clues on these emblems and the firebird for the hood vinyl/sticker? although it would look better painted on, i dont doubt that one bit.

what factory firebird for the hood? The big "outline" bird? None of these are factory, 2nd gens came with chickens on the hood...3rd gens didn't

You got the deal of the century if you got all of those GTA emblems for $50! And, they were new!

Make sure you put them in the correct spot, nothing screams f#cked up like emblems in the wrong spot. See it all the time. I suggest making patterns with paper/shading on a correct car and then moving the patterns to your car. Line everything up and you'll be good to go. Post pics of the car when you get done.

As for the emblems themselves, Thirdgenranch.com has them listed for '91-'92 cars:

These miss the gold PONTIAC for the left front headlight door as that was changed for '91-'92. Also, the gold bird between the taillights is not included as that was also changed. However, I believe Moderndaymuscle.com carries those extra bits.

no they didnt. they got an oem replacement aftermarket bumper. and i know right. stupid a$$es debadged it. i also need a passenger window. it was busted out when i got it. anybody got 1 for cheap laying around lol

i already ran the vin number. thats how i knew it was a GTA. thanks anyways. im not gonna put gta emblems on a non gta. thats just stupid. thats like putting the gt or cobra emblem on a v6 mustang.
