Please tell me the frame is still ok!!!

Ok I had my car up on stands doing a tranny swap and I wanted to check to make sure that the tranny was what it really needed. So, like a jacka$$ I decided to try the tranny with out reinstalling the torque arm and took the car off the stands in the back. Now I didn't even get to try the tranny cause the shift linkage broke so (going back up!) but when I sat in the driver's seat to open the console I heard a groan from the side of the car that I took of the stand last. Went to the side and pushed down on the fender and when it went up and down, groooaan it sounds as if the spring is doing it but did I kill the frame or will putting the arm back in fix this?
