front end questions

Can the front nose be painted, and what do I use to fill in the stone/bug marks/groves around the front emblem????

yes, it most certainly can. Sand it down a bit and shoot it. As for chips, try to find a flexible bumper repair kit. I think it has some sort of filler in it.
