fiberglass one piece front end
i have found a one piece front end that says 82-84 camaros. can i use this on my 89 and just put the iroc ground effects back on and it will look the same?

There are a few things to consider. You didn't list which brand of 1 piece fiberglass front end. Most are designed to mount on a tubular frame and either lift off or tilt forward (corvette style). Most are also 2" longer at the back of the fender. Any of the above situations is going to require extensive modifications. However, if you found one that bolts on and is a direct fit then hey, post the website and yes you should be able to just bolt, glue or 'glass your ground effects back on. Just remember if you bolt 'em you should reinforce the bolt locations and use large washers to distribute clamping force so as to not crack the fiberglass.
