Sagging Headliner
There was an excellent post here a bit ago with a link to a tutorial (thanks to whoever it was), I believe the address is...
http://www.caraudioresources.net/bird_headliner.shtml
I'm still contemplating whether to try it myself so I don't know if it's easy or not.
But it doesn't look too bad. Good luck.

But it doesn't look too bad. Good luck. Yup, that's the link and it's not too bad to do if you have ever dealt with fiberglass or are at all familiar with basic reapholstery.
Feel free to e-mail me as there are some things that I didn't quite cover in that tutorial and I haven't had time to neaten it up yet.

Interesting instructions...but what if I don't have T-Tops. Does it make a difference? I was thinking of maybe taking a hypodermic needle and inserting glue through the headliner...kind of a real quick fix. Would this work?
doubtful. Most of the headliners are starting to sag because the material has seperated from the foam backing. This can not really be remedied without replacing the whole material.
If the actual headliner board is in good shape, you can always just remove the existing and glue new material on. The fiberglass portion is to prevent any further damage to a usually already damaged board. There is no reason why you couldn't follow the same instructions for a non t-top version. Just would require more glass.
Enjoy
