Crooked leaky hatch :(

My hatch is crooked and tilts to the left. It's been like that every since I got the thing almost two years ago, and when I was repainting my car I knowticed that is doesn't seem to be the original hatch in the first place. I'm guessing somebody broke the rear window and the own decided to swap hatches of something.
Anyway, is there an easy way to make it level or adjust it, of am I stuck?
