Bumper cover repair?

My 91 firebird is in need of a new front bumper cover. Those things are like impossible to find, so i was considering try to fix mine. Anyone have any luck fixing one of these? It has one rip, and a section that is pushed in, can that section be heated and brought back to original shape? I would appreciate any help.

If it is a rip, I doubt you can repair it to your satisfaction. If it was just a puncture or tear less than 2" or so, It'd be easy. SEM makes a flexible parts body filler, available at automotive paint stores.
