i've never done it to my camaro, but i've done it on other cars, it's pretty easy

Taking them off is pretty easy. But you should have someone help with aligning them. Save any shims that were on either door for alignment purposes. Wiring the door for power windows, door locks, mirrors, etc. is a minor pain. Made simpler if you just cut the wires and resplice rather than trying to feed them through right. Good luck, Lon.
