Actually, there are a number of ways you can try. First, check to see if you can where they are leaking. I've tried everything with no success for the past two years only to now learn that the water was coming in by my windshield. Anyways, the weatherstrips on the top itself may be the problem. You can stretch them to fit better and seal them back in place with adhesive. Next, there are adjuster screws in the slot that the tops lock into, at the front and back of your roof. Loosen the screws, adjust the plate accordingly, and re-tighten. You have to be careful not to overtighten your tops, because that causes a new problem by which they will force the middle bar to warp upwards. Once you have tried all of this, chances are you'll still have some leakage, but hopefully a lot less than before. Buy some silicon emulsion (you can get it from the dealership or most autoparts stores) and apply that to your weatherstrips. It will keep them moist and plyable, instead of letting them get hard and crack. Hope this helps.

That silicon emulsion is great stuff. I could never get my doors open in the winter so I put that stuff on and never had a prob again!

I just tested this out last night in a heavy rain storm while the car was parked. 2 weeks ago I put a light layer of vasoline on the seals, it swelled them and NO MORE LEAKS, even is a really really heavy rainstorm. But before you try this make sure it is the seals not a loose part.
