My passenger side power window won't go up straight! Its really hard to get it down and I have to hold it straight in order to close it. Does anyone know what is wrong/broken????? My air conditioner doesn't work and its way too hot not to open both windows.

 

i think your guide plates are broken

 

Are those hard to replace? How will I know if its the guide plates that are broken...what do they look like????
