split folding to solid rear seat
can you switch a split folding rear seat with a solid rear seat and vice versa? will they bolt right in, or do some mods need to be made?

If going from split to solid you need to cut off the two hinge points mounted to the driveshaft tunnel. If going from solid to split you can cut this piece out of a wrecked car and either weld or rivet it in place. I would say it's easier to go split to solid.

don't cut off the posts.......just in case you ever want to put the old one's back! just push the seats in place with a little more force; they will fit fine, paint them black to hide them if you have to.
If you need a solid back seat ive got one gray out of a 87 Camaro ill make a deal with you.
