I have a 91 camaro RS and I just got it back from the bodyshop, and I always wanted to create a custom thirdgen ss. Well I know they sell the custom ss hood for like 500 dollars after its sent and all that, but for some reason it doesnt look right to me, then the other day i saw a guy at the gas station that I thought had an ss hood but it looked better, but he said its a scoop off a 79 z28 on a stock hood, and it looked great. I was wondering if anybody had any idea where to get one these scoops for a good price, and if anyone made custom ss badges for third generation camaros. Thanks

 

JCWhitney has them in Fiberglass, I was thinking about it too but I have grills(forgot the name ) on my IROC hood.

Thanks alot Ill go check them out. Yeah the louvers could be a problem, but if you look around if for some reason youd want to get your hood painted, alot of people look for the iroc hoods, and probably would want to trade. All I need to do now is find the ss badges thanks
