I SEE SEVERAL POST ON THE BOARDS ALL THE TIME SEEKING PARTS OR EVEN SELLING CARS. WHAT BOARD DO WE GO TO IF WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PATICULAR PART OR INFORMATION ON IT. ON THIS VERY DAY(JULY 4TH) I SEE A LENS BLACKOUT KIT, AFTERMARKET SEATS, WOODGRAIN DASHES, AND WHITEFACE GUAGUES FOR SALE. THE POST FOR THIRDGEN LICENSE PLATES FOR SALE HAS BEEN UP FOREVER.

PLEASE BE CONSISTANT WITH YOUR MODERATING. IN FACT A FOR SALE BOARD WOULD NOT BE A BAD IDEA.I JUST WANTED TO GET INFO ON THIS PARTICULAR PART.

umm.....yeah, its called the classifieds...take a look around...and usually, when a Mod closes a post, they explain why when they do it but i dont know since I didnt see it

It's because your post was written exactly like a classified. ei. "Wanted-yadayada, email me if you have one to sell."

The other posts are just asking for information on where to find one, organizing a group purchase, or what their opinions are on it, not asking somebody to sell them one.

Nobody is selling thirdgen plates, they're trying to get some made so they can be sold.

In case you haven't looked, the classifieds has a section called "Parts Wanted". That's where you would post something like that.

Just don't take it personally if your post gets locked, and take a deep breath and let it slide off your back. Also, turn off the caps lock, it looks like you're yelling.
