can anyone help me ? chamelon paint
okay so im wodering about somthing i just recently repainted my camaro bc/cc and i recently orderd 100grams of chamelon pearl would it be possible to sand down clear on my car and shoot the chamelon pearl right over the red thats on it or wouldnt that work ??

The bottom of my car has chamelion paint on it. It is a very reduced mix to the point that it looks black most of the time. We tried this reduced mid coat on several colors on spray out panels and it just didn't show up very well. You may get better results with lesser reductions over different colors but with the price of that stuff, even with me getting it from a good friend at the paint store, we didn't have much to play with. I don't have the mix formula with me right now but I can get it if you want. Our mix looks black most of the time but really changes under street lights at night and some in direct sunlight.

It's not near enough for an entire car. Besides, color shifting paint/powder additives should ideally be done over a black base.
