wide cowl hood?

i saw a hood on a 4th gen camaro, it kinda looked like a cowl hood, but the cowl was almost the width of the entire hood. i thought it looked pretty sweet. does anyone know if anyone makes a hood like this for 3rd gens?

check out the jongbloed hood in this and the appearance board, the cowl is the entire center section raised up.
